This package consists of 3 main parts Viz.
a) Admissions b) Admin c) Academics

Admissions: This module is meant for the new admission process. That has following features
Giving the new admissions
Assigning a division and class in which student to be admitted
Generating the fees bill, to be paid at the time of admission

Admin: This module is meant for the office users, who are responsible for following activities:
Deciding the fees structures and modifying the existing
Making the receipts and processing the bills
Creating the classes & divisions, if any has been newly introduced
Maintaining the students ledger
Maintaining the society deposits
Issue debit, credit notes for the purpose of accounts
Issuing of school leaving certificate
Issuing of the Deposits and refund if any which is balanced
Facilities: All kinds search and lists with printing functionality is covered.

Academics: This module is meant for the Teaching staff like class teachers, subject teachers and Head of departments. The module covers
Deciding the subjects for each class
Selection of topics under each subject for each subject
Qualitative and Quantitative analysis of student
Generation of report and progress card
Customized remarks for every student for each test and subject
Result sheet generation on seperate HTML page for every student
Facilities: All kind lists with printing of report cards covered.

Technology:
Visual Basic 6.0 for interface and COM development, HTML and MS-SQL Server 2000.

Duration:
6 Months.

One Project Manager and Two Software Engineers.
